  • The child’s sibling holds a Certificate of Eligibility and one parent is a Canadian citizen
  • The child’s parent is a Canadian citizen and that parent received the majority of his/her schooling in English in Canada
  • The child’s parent is a Canadian citizen and their child has received or is receiving English instruction in Canada and that education is the major part of his/her education in Canada; the siblings of this child are also eligible for English instruction

Furthermore:
For Kindergarten, the child must be 5 years of age on or before September 30th
